New Food Options at Next Week’s Grand Prix will Reflect City’s Thriving Culinary Culture

DETROIT, Mich. (May 23, 2025) – Saluting southeastern Michigan’s rich multicultural heritage, the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear will feature new and unique food options created by local vendors that will spice up the turbocharged May 30-June 1 weekend on the Streets of Downtown Detroit.

Detroit’s food scene has undergone a remarkable transformation as the Motor City continues to evolve into a culinary hub. The tasty new offerings at next week’s Grand Prix will elevate the dining experience for all attendees and showcase Detroit's diverse culinary culture.

Congregated by longtime Grand Prix hospitality partner Andiamo Catering, the fresh food options will provide exciting new flavors for fans at concession stands throughout the race venue. Classic favorites like hot dogs, pizza and nachos will still be available at the Streets of Downtown Detroit circuit, but this year’s expanded food menu is set to redefine traditional racetrack fare. Whether serving the classics or delivering diverse delights, the Grand Prix food vendors will serve up some exciting snacks that fans can really sink their teeth into.

Among the standout culinary contributors is the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group, a family-owned enterprise based in Warren, Michigan. Known for its celebrated Andiamo restaurants, Joe Muer Seafood and a diverse portfolio of dining destinations across Michigan and beyond, the group also operates one of the state’s largest catering and event services.
