ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS
Please review our Terms of Sale and Terms of Use prior to purchasing tickets.
Tickets can be purchased online, by phone or at the venue. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Group Sales
For inquiries of 20 or more tickets please email tickets@detroitgp.com or call 313.748.1821 for assistance. Quantity discounts are offered on single-day reserved seat grandstand and single-day Rooftop Viewing ticket purchases.
Resale of Tickets
Tickets obtained from sources other than Detroit Grand Prix, Inc. may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and in such cases will not be honored. Tickets may not be resold on the premises.
The Detroit Grand Prix is not affiliated with any online ticket resale vendor; any dispute, including non-receipt of tickets whether digital or printed must be resolved directly with the resale vendor.
Use of Tickets
Tickets and other admissions materials may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes, without the prior express written consent of the Detroit Grand Prix, Inc.
Exit & Re-entry Procedure
Re-entry to gated locations (grandstands, rooftops, tailgating, clubs) at the venue is permitted; ticket and wristband are required for re-entry.
Restricted Access to Parking Structures
For the safety of our guests, and to reduce pedestrian traffic within garages inside the circuit, an admission ticket or credential is required to enter parking structures. Free public viewing is not permitted from floors within the parking garages.
DELIVERY METHODS
United States Postal Service
Ticket mailing begins 60 days prior to the event. The last day to mail to addresses within the United States is two weeks prior to the event. The last day to mail ticket orders to addresses outside of the United States is three weeks prior to the event.
Premium Shipping
FedEx shipping is offered for a fee to addresses within the United States.
Digital Tickets
Reserved seat grandstand and rooftop admission tickets are available as digital tickets. Parking and hospitality passes are physical passes and not available in digital format. May 1 digital tickets turn on and an email from tickets@detroitgp.com is sent with a link to digital tickets. After May 1 digitial tickets send shortly after submitting an order.
Digital tickets can also be accessed by logging into the online account at DetroitGp.com and selecting My Digital Tickets, from there tickets can be downloaded to a mobile device, saved to an online wallet or printed from a pdf file.
Will Call
Prior to Friday, May 29 all Will Call orders can be picked up from the Renaissance Center Box Office. During the event weekend - grandstand, rooftop and Turn 3 Club tickets can be picked up from any of the 3 Box Office locations at the venue. Photo id is required. As of Friday, May 29 - Plaza Club passes held in Will Call are to be picked up from the Turn 3 Box Office located by Grandstand 3B; Pit Lane Suite passes are to be picked up from the Box Office located behind Grandstand 1.
Parking Pass Pick Up
Franklin Garage parking pass or tailgating pass and car corral parking pass ordered after the mail cut-off date must be picked up from the Renaissance Center Box Office by Thursday, May 28. As of Friday, May 29 parking passes must be picked up from our Credential Center office located in the Outdoor Adventure Center at 1801 Atwater Street, Detroit MI.
